Mansour Ghanem founded Stillness Therapy on a simple idea: that people who are spiritual but not religious deserve a quiet place to think about what matters, with someone who will listen and not steer. He is a licensed professional counselor in Oregon.
His work draws on psychodynamic therapy, with silence, breath and attention to the body alongside conversation. The training behind each method is named in the list, so you can see who taught him what. His approach is unhurried, attuned and relational.
Before private practice he worked in a community counseling clinic. He is a therapist, not a spiritual director, and does not offer religious guidance.

Philosophy
Our Approach
Therapy here is not about fixing what is broken, and no particular result can be promised. It is about making room for what is already whole, at a pace you can trust.
Presence over prescription
We don't offer quick fixes or a doctrine to fit. We offer a steady, attuned presence that lets your own wisdom surface.
Body and mind together
Attention to breath, posture and sensation sits beside the conversation in sessions, at a pace you can follow.
Relational depth
The relationship in the room is where much of the work happens. Mansour shows up fully, so you can too.
