Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what Stillness Therapy collects when you visit this website or write to us, how it is used and the choices you have.

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, how and when you would like to be reached, and the message you write. Please don't include medical details in a message. Our web host keeps basic technical logs, such as the pages requested, to keep the site running.

How we use your information

We use what you send to reply to you, to find a time for a first session and to stay in touch about appointments and fees. We never sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, no session recording and no embedded scheduler. If that changes, this page will say so first.

Privacy in therapy

What you say in sessions is private. We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Mansour explains the few exceptions in your first session. This website policy is separate from that duty.

Security

Messages from the form travel over an encrypted connection. We take reasonable care with what you send, but no method of sending information over the internet is completely secure.

Your rights
