Services
Therapy services
Each method is named, with the body that trained your clinician in it.
Individual therapy
For adults who want room to ask what matters in their own words. Sessions are conversation, with silence and attention to breath when they help. Your clinician sets the pace with you, and there is no promised number of sessions. This is not spiritual direction or religious guidance.

Mindful Self-Compassion, taught by the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion
Not a doctrine and not advice on what to believe

Meaning and belief
For people who are spiritual but not religious and want to think about purpose, doubt and what they hold dear, outside any one tradition. We start from your words for it. This is therapy, not a faith practice, and you will not be asked to pick a belief.

Silence and breath, used only when you want them
Not religious guidance or spiritual direction

Trauma-informed therapy
For adults who carry difficult memories and want to approach them slowly. You decide how much to say, and we stop or slow down whenever you ask. Your clinician sets the pace, and no number of sessions is promised.

Somatic Experiencing, trained through Somatic Experiencing International

Grief and loss
For people living with a loss that others may have moved past. Sessions give the loss room, and the parts of you that grieve differently. There is no timeline, and no promised number of sessions.

Questions about the work
Three things people ask about the services.
Will I be asked about my beliefs?
Only if you want to talk about them. Mansour doesn't ask you to hold a belief, drop one or name one.
Is this spiritual direction?
No. It is therapy with a licensed counselor. You can talk about meaning and belief, but he does not offer religious guidance.
How is therapy paid for?
Stillness Therapy is out of network with every plan. Your fee is given in writing before you begin; the How fees work page explains receipts for reimbursement and the Good Faith Estimate.
